NFCU Screen Sharing Terms and Agreements
This agreement between you and NorState Federal Credit Union (“NFCU” including NFCU employees) allows NFCU screen sharing access of your computer system to analyze problems, and if possible, fix problems accessing the NFCU Online Banking Website Only.
By clicking "Accept" you agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement. Review before accepting the terms summarized here.
You: (a) are a member of NFCU, (b) allow NFCU access to your computer, (c) are responsible for back-up copies of any data.
You agree to provide NFCU remote access to your computer desktop screen per instructions provided by NFCU employees. You should close or remove any personal items on your computer desktop you don’t want viewed before clicking “Accept”.
NFCU makes no warranty it can repair the problem(s) associated with accessing Online Banking from your computer, because the problem could be related to other computer related software issue that NFCU have no control over. NFCU will not be responsible for repairing any other problems with your computer. NFCU will not be liable for any loss of information or damage to your computer after the screen sharing session.
